Architect - Project Manager

Fenneke works as a consultant for AG VESPA, the autonomous municipal company for real estate and urban projects in Antwerp. As an architect project manager, she provides support in the Construction Projects department. She is responsible from A to Z, either in-house or via an external architectural firm, for the realisation of a wide variety of high-quality building projects.

Despite being outsourced to AG VESPA, I still feel a great commitment to Freestone. This is made possible by the regular meetings that are organized, the contact with my BUM (Business Unit Manager) as well as the available digital solutions for communication and collaboration. I love working for Freestone, not in the least because of the open and transparent management, but also because of the enthusiastic colleagues and the fact that I feel very much appreciated within the company. Senior Consultant

Jan's position as Senior Consultant is mainly of a highly technical nature. He supports clients such as BAC (Brussels Airport Company) and Daikin by, for example, making an inventory of all technical installations, working out KPIs (technical maintenance, helpdesk, etc.), but also technical condition measurements of large and small installations. As inspection coordinator, he also maps out all legal inspections and draws up a follow-up planning.

The diversity of all projects ensures that it is always fascinating and that I can continue to learn. For someone with my profile it is very important to 'keep up' with innovative technologies and new legislation. I feel very good with an employer like Freestone, because there is always a listening ear (be it for professional or private matters). The kind and dynamic colleagues respect you for who you are. When we work externally for clients, we don't see our own colleagues very often, but meetings and teambuildings are organised to keep in touch. Jan Muyldermans - Freestone People

Teamleader Space

As an architect and urban planner, Tine is responsible for drawing up master plans and feasibility studies for company sites, campuses, building blocks, ... On the basis of accommodation studies for government authorities, she advises them on their patrimony with a conceptual vision.

What makes it especially interesting for me to work at Freestone is working together in interdisciplinary teams: working together on a 'master plan' in which every discipline/expertise is discussed, and in this way you can learn from each other. The friendship with colleagues is a nice bonus. At Freestone you also enjoy flexibility and autonomy: you are responsible for the end result of the projects, but the practical implementation is entirely up to you, as is the challenge and ambition. Facility Advisor

As Facility Advisor Jolien provides advice on various facility and space issues to clients, such as Municipality of Kuurne, Extensa, RIZIV, CM, Aleris Aluminium, Politiezone Antwerpen, AZ Alma, Randstad Group, ... This involves strategic vision development and the elaboration of scenarios, taking into account financial and technical as well as spatial and organisational aspects. In addition, she also provides the design and implementation of a high-performance facilities organisation and advises on services, processes and tools for efficient operation.

Working for Freestone means choosing a diverse job, challenging projects and many opportunities to develop yourself further. The 'go the extra mile' service that Freestone strives for is of paramount importance to me, as is the entire Freestone team. In addition, the excellent cooperation with various clients as advisor is an important motivation. Freestone has offered me many learning opportunities during my career with top coaching, where the 'fun' aspect and fantastic colleagues is definitely an added value! I specifically chose Freestone, because it is a very dynamic company, which also wants to and can react quickly to the needs of the market and its customers. In addition, the work/life balance was very important to me, and thanks to the flexible work organisation, a busy job can still be combined with the home front.
