If an assignment of one of our employees ends, then we will look for a new challenging assignment!
Both Freestone and our clients are looking for different profiles to supervise their construction projects. In addition to the distinction junior/senior, we also look for both operational and more strategic profiles. This can for example range from site follow-up to the complete project management to bring a new building or renovation to a successful conclusion.
If we are looking for the right candidate within the framework of a client assignment, then this is often "project sourcing". This means that the candidate will sign a contract with Freestone (as an employee on our payroll, or as a freelancer) and this person will carry out the assignment at/for our client. After the assignment, Freestone can look for a new assignment for this employee.
Some clients would like to recruit a new professional to strengthen their team. Freestone will look for the suitable candidate for them. If the client recruits this candidate on their own payroll, then we speak of "Recruitment & Selection".
