Companies need different profiles to follow up or finish their projects qualitatively. Freestone recruits junior, medior and senior profiles.
Freestone is looking for talent. And whether the candidate is a freelancer or an employee, that does not matter much to us. Most vacancies can be filled in both ways, unless our client is really looking for a candidate whom they would like to employ themselves.
That is for you to decide. Freestone is looking for facility professionals for client assignments. Some assignments are short term, others are long term.
If an assignment of one of our employees ends, then we will look for a new challenging assignment!

If we are looking for the right candidate within the framework of a client assignment, then this is often "project sourcing". This means that the candidate will sign a contract with Freestone (as an employee on our payroll, or as a freelancer) and this person will carry out the assignment at/for our client. After the assignment, Freestone can look for a new assignment for this employee.
Some clients would like to recruit a new professional to strengthen their team. Freestone will look for the suitable candidate for them. If the client recruits this candidate on their own payroll, then we speak of "Recruitment & Selection".
