    How do we go about recruitment, search and selection?

    Filling a vacancy quickly and efficiently? Freestone specializes in the recruitment of construction, real estate and facility management profiles, and will find the right candidate for you! From Project Manager Construction to Facility Manager to Property Manager, both starters and people with more experience.

    • During a personal intake interview we assess the necessary competencies and experience of the ideal candidate, but also practical matters such as remuneration package, starting dates, ..., so that we can start the search in a targeted way.
    • We actively search for you on the most popular recruitment and social media channels and within our network, and can also fall back on an extensive pool of candidates with a building, real estate and facility background.
    • We invite the selected candidates for an interview and a PPA assessment (Personal Profile Analysis). This allows us to gauge their technical knowledge as well as their experience in relevant sectors and their potential. It is also important that the candidates are a good match, and that they fit within your corporate culture.
    • As soon as we have found the right candidate, we prepare an offer, together with the candidate's CV, so that you can decide whether you want to meet this person for a personal interview. From this moment on, the candidate follows your own recruitment process.

    The choice is yours!

    • The new employee starts immediately on your payroll. For this you pay a selection fee to Freestone, based on the full gross annual salary. If there are any problems during the first 3 months, we will start a new search for a replacement free of charge.
    • You can also choose Try & Hire: then you choose to 'try out' the new employee first and let him/her start up on our payroll. You then pay us a monthly sum. From 6 months on our payroll you can take over the contract.

    Collaboration

    • No cure no pay. You don't pay until we find a suitable candidate.
    • The suitable candidate will be recruited by you, on your payroll, with or without a try & hire period of 6 months.
